TASArbC is incorporated under the laws of Tanzania as a private entity, with its constituent Constitution, which outlines its structure, mission, powers, and rules of operation.
The Constitution and the Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation specify that the TASArbC shall be composed of the Board of Directors who will have the sole responsibility of managing the affairs and business of the Center. The Board of Directors consists of the Executive Director of the TASArbC, who is an ex officio director, and 6 other directors.

The Financing of the TASArbC is born out of the member's fees, clients’ fees, training, and any other fundraising activities that will be organized by the TASARBC and approved by the Board.
