The core business elements of TASArbC are:
- The Resource Center, which features a wide variety of information, literature, tools, and documents to help members of the sports community to manage disputes or minimize their escalation and severity.
- Commercial Arbitration facilities.
- Sports Arbitration facilities.
- Training (which encompasses training for beginners in dispute resolution to acquire the pre-requisite qualifications, on-going training for accredited ADR practitioners, specialised and tailor-made training for those in the sports industry, in-house mentoring and capacity building, etc.)
- Accreditation of arbitrators, conciliators, mediators and negotiators.
- Provision of legal advice to athletes, agents, trainers, managers, and Sports Federations.
